Hycrome’s continuous investments plans have enabled specialist and advanced coating applications to be introduced via Plasma and HVOF methods, applied using a Praxair JP8000 unit. This enables Hycrome to be both supportive and productive with our customer’s needs.
With Hycrome’s extensive materials knowledge, consultancy and advice is given to accommodate simple to complex items, in defining the correct coatings and applications for the product. In addition to surface coatings, surface enhancements using Shot Peening techniques are carried out to increase the material integrity prior to application of the required coating.
